Paul Malloy - RTO Manager/ Accountable Officer

Diploma in Management
Cert IV in Operational Management (Hospitality)

Member of the Career Development Association of Australia
Diploma in Training and Assessment

As the RTO Manager, Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business, including:
- Management and maintenance of all administrative systems associated with the operations of the RTO
- Liaison with trainers and students to ensure the collection of evidence requirements
- Provision of assistance to the CEO on RTO related matters and tender submissions
- Preparation of statistics and reports including AVETMISS & Quality Indicator reporting
- Management and maintenance of RTO Student Management Systems (VETtrak) & STELA
- Experience with overseeing RTO registration, scope extension and compliance audits
- Business development and sales
- A comprehensive understanding of the National Training Framework and related funding programs available for employers and job seekers
- Preparation of successful tenders and submissions
- Through knowledge and understanding of the AQTF, Quality Indicators, ASQA, TASC guidelines, Traineeships and Apprenticeships

Extensive experience in managing and administering various state and federally funded training contracts including:
• Skills for All
• Skills for Education and Training (SEE)
• Productivity Placement Program
• Skills in the Regions
• Learner Support Services

Additionally Paul has had extensive experience working within a Group Training Organisation and has a sound understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship system. Paul worked as a Human Resources Manager for ACCOR Hotels for seven years.

Lynda Fenton - RTO Administrator

Lynda is responsible foe the day-to day administrative and secretarial duties of Interskills including:
- Management of student files, point of contact to DFEEST for PPP contracts, Management and maintenance of RTO Student Management Systems (VETtrak) & STELA, AVETMISS reports and others as required
- Responsible for conducting quality control and compliance audits including Quality Indicator reports and conducting learner/employer surveys
- Experienced in producing annual training calendars, organising trainers and suitable training venues
- Management of Continuous Improvement Register and responsible for updating/adding documents required to ensure AQF compliance

Lynda has a sound understanding of the VET system and has been involved in AQTF and ASQA audits.
